Need to return or exchange your Epi-Essentials?

Here's what to do...

If you simply do not love your Epi-Essentials product, we will gladly accept returns for refund within 14 days from the time your order is shipped.  Items must have all original components (including shoulder/wristlet straps, cards, tags and protective cloth case).  Returns cannot be accepted if they have been used, altered or damaged.  

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.  A traceable method of shipping is highly recommended.  Refunds will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, less shipping cost.   We email a confirmation of your refund within 12-24 hours of receipt.  The refund is reflected on your credit card or PayPal account within thirty days.

Please print and fill out the Merchandise Authorization Form and include with your return.  This will help us expedite the return process.

In the unlikely event that a product is found by Epi-Essentials to have a manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace it with a new version of the same product within 60 days.  In this case, return and exchange shipping will be paid by Epi-Essentials.

If you would like to exchange your Epi-Essentials product for a different product, we are happy to do so as long as the product is available.  Shipping charges both ways for the new item is on us.  Simply contact us at info@Epi-Essentials.com and we will help you exchange your new product quickly.

Due to the varying degree of use, we warranty our products for a period of 6 months.  Therefore, if a part needs to be replaced, we urge you to have it repaired locally.  If you would like us to repair or replace a part, charges may apply.

1.  Please include the Merchandise Return Authorization with your return.  This helps us respond to your request efficiently.

2.  Pack your item(s) securely.  Often, it's easiest to use the original package in which the product was shipped.

3.  All exchanges in U.S. where return shipping is to be paid by Epi-Essentials, must be shipped using (USPS) United States Postal Service, Ground Service.  Tracking is suggested.  We can not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

4.  Products for returns and exchanges must comply with Epi-Essentials Returns and Exchanges Policy.

5.  A reimbursement for returns will be to your original form of payment immediately upon receipt.
