Q. What forms of Payment do you accept?
A. Epi-Essentials accepts PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  When you land on the PayPal login screen, you will have the option of logging into your paypal account and paying via paypal or continuing to checkout using your credit card. See screenshot below for example:

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
A. Yes! Epi-Essentials understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We never store any credit card information. This is why when paying by credit card, PayPal will ask you to re-enter your billing address for security and verifcation purposes.

Q. What is PayPal?
A. PayPal is an online payment processor for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage to using PayPal is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.

Q. Are there any shipping restrictions when using PayPal to place my order?
A. Please be advised that PayPal orders may be shipped "signature required" in accordance with PayPal policies and procedures.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Epi-Essentials is required by law to collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey.

Q. I tried to checkout and the item in my shopping cart disappeared. What happened?
A. The selection on Epi-Essentials.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart temporarily reserves that item for you for 1 hour. It will not be permanently removed from our inventory until you completely checkout. If 1 hour goes by before you have completely checked out, that item will no longer be available in your cart. You will have to add it to your cart again. If there was only 1 in stock, there is a chance another customer added it to their cart after it was removed from yours.

Q. What is your return or exchange policy? How long before I receive my refund or exchange?

Q. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
A. Email us with the item you are interested in purchasing and we will contact you as soon as it is back in stock.

Q. Can I send Epi-Essentials as a Gift?
A. Yes! We are happy to send a gift to someone special. Simply place your order and provide a note in the box at check out. We will gift wrap and attach a card with your message. All gifts are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.
